Anmol Farmah

Anmol Farmah founded Gradiant Group to give Canadian property owners and investors a more complete, hands-on partner, one that follows a project from first idea through to the finished result, not just the transaction in between.

An MBA holder and engineering graduate, Anmol brings strong analytical and technical foundations to every engagement, backed by more than 15 years of hands-on experience in Canadian real estate, with a primary focus on commercial development and sales. At Gradiant, that experience shapes how the firm guides clients through feasibility, zoning, development, engineering, growth and asset strategy.

He has worked closely on a wide range of commercial projects, including commercial and residential buildings, car washes, lube shops and golf clubs.

Based in Toronto, Anmol is building a fully Canadian, locally rooted firm that clients can rely on for the long term. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
